This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used, and disclosed by HitX and its subsidiaries (“HitX,” “Website”, “Mobile Application”, “Services” “we” or “us”). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use our websites, mobile applications, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to the information collected from (1) web-based applications that are based on our mobile applications but are published by third parties, (2) mobile applications that we distribute on behalf of third parties and which are hosted and operated by such parties, or (3) the on-line submission of resumes and employment applications in connection with the Jobs section of our Website. 

HitX Website, Mobile Application, and Services are based in Ukraine and the information we collect is governed by Ukrainian law. By accessing or using the Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to Ukraine and other countries. 


We collect the information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you create an account, manage your user profile, participate in any interactive features of the Services, request our e-newsletter or other marketing communications, participate in a promotion or survey, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, postal address, photograph, password, and other contact or identifying information you choose to provide. 

Information we collect when You visit or access the Website or the Mobile Application.

When you visit the Website or use HitX Mobile Application, we collect the information sent to us by Your computer, mobile phone, or other access devices. This information includes:

  • Your IP address;

  • Device information including, but not limited to, identifier, name, hardware model, unique device identifiers and type of operating system;

  • Mobile network information;

  • Your Location information;

  • Standard web information, such as Your browser type, access times, pages viewed, activity on our Website and Mobile Application screens, and the page you visited before navigating to our Services.

We collect this information in order to:

  • Administer our Website or the Mobile Application and Personalize and improve the Services and provide advertisements, content, suggested connections or features that match user profiles or activities; 

  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activity in connection with our Website and Services and provide third parties with aggregated and anonymized statistical information about our Users;

  • Prevent, deter, and investigate a violation of this Privacy Policy and/or our Website or any fraud and other illegal activities.

When You access the Website or use our Service we may place small data files called cookies on Your computer or other devices. We use these technologies to recognize You as our User, customize our Website for You and to monitor the usage of our Website. See Section 3 of this Privacy Policy for more information.

Location Data.

When You use a location-enabled device to access our Website and Services, we may collect geographical location data or use various means to determine the location, such as sensor data from Your device that may, for instance, provide data on nearby cell towers and wi-fi access spots.

We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Services. For example, if you create or log into your account through a social media site, we may have access to certain information from that site, such as your name, account information, profile picture, phone number, email address, gender, date of birth and friends lists, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such social media site. 

If You do not provide us with any of the requested personal data (if required for certain transactions), You may not be able to use the Website properly.

European users have the right under applicable privacy laws to ask us to provide details of the personal data we hold about them or in certain circumstances, may request we delete their personal data.
